Less awkward and more informative than your parents ‘talk’, Preconception Pregame goes way beyond a poorly illustrated pamphlet and instead gives you the lowdown on sexual health education and baby planning. Since crossing your fingers and uncrossing your legs is a terrible fertility plan, our digital workshop will help you understand the science behind preconception care, as well as identify health choices and risk factors that could negatively impact your fertility health now or down the road—so you can start making changes before you start trying.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

+ If and when you’re ready to start baby-makin via our RSA, which obviously stands for Readiness Self-Assessment *eyeroll*.

GROUP PROGRAM

Unlike your college pregame, our 6-session virtual program consciously prepares you for parenthood. In it, we focus on reducing environmental toxin exposure, gently detoxifying stored toxins from both Mom and Dad’s body (cough, 2010 Spring Break), and nourishing Mom (with food and non-food) so that her intrauterine environment for the baby is top notch. Also, parenthood prep goes beyond your bodies, so we plan for the other stuff too. I.e. Creating physical and emotional space in your lives for the new baby, as well as cultivating resources and resilience to overcome any challenges that may (but hopefully don’t) crop up along the way. And quick PSA for all you would-be, stage-parents out there: The goal of PP is not to try to have the “perfect” baby, it’s to make this process as safe, supportive, and sane as possible.

WHO IT'S FOR

Couples interested in a short, social, preconception program alongside other supportive individuals ready to do the whole parenthood thing.

Note on timing: you would definitely want to end this program at least 3 months before trying to conceive because we will be movin’ and shakin’ those toxins.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
